Refund policy

Exchanges only — we do not offer refunds.

If you would like a different size or color, we are happy to exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn (other than to try on), unwashed, and in their original condition.

To start an exchange, email us at snazzydivainfo@gmail.com with your order number and the size or color you would like instead. You will mail the original item back to us; for size or color exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.

If we sent you the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right with an exchange — and we will cover the return shipping.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. If the size or color you need is out of stock, we will exchange it for another item of equal value.
